Just for you Jamie!
hmmm... just a few funny stories
*So while we were hunting I pulled over and Levi said "Wow look at those monster bucks," Brenna who was sitting between us in the pickup started rubbing Levi's arm and said "dont be scared of the monster bucks daddy". It was so funny I thought I should probably correct her so I said, "Brenna do you know what a monster buck is?" and she said "RAAAAAAAR!" So I didnt correct her we just laughed and laughed.
*On Sunday Cheryl Frey was baptized and Brenna was standing in the back and said "Hey whats that lady doing in the water?" and I said "shes getting baptized" Brenna looked at me and screwed up her face and said "thats weird!" It was soooo random, I didnt even know she knew that word.
*Brenna is super sure this baby is a girl, she wants a baby sister soooo bad. She talks about her baby sister all the time, I think she might be a little disappointed if its a boy. If its a girl she has already named her baby Addie. We'll see....
*She asks about her Aunt J ALOT! especially when were in Lolo, she runs down the hall and just hangs out in the family room, Ill yell Brenna where did you go, and she yells back Im in Aunt J's room.
*When we go out to the Lolo house, we dont call it going to Bompas house anymore, its our new house. She gets toooooo bummed when we get there and he's not there.
*On friday Brenna and I were in the backyard playing and Emerson was outside and ran over to the fence so Brenna ran over there to meet her. The stood at the back fence singing songs.. Jesus loves me, row row row your boat, ABC's, twinkle twinkle little star. It was pretty funny!

Hunting!!
Today we went hunting. It's the opening day of bow season in Montana and we went down to Cascade to go hunting. I immediately put a stalk on a small group of Mule Deer does, having got within bow range I discovered three Mule deer Bucks behind the group of does also a very nice Antelope buck they saw me and alerted my presence to the does and then the whole bunch took off leaving me looking dumb.
So then we drove around some more and we came across another group of does, I once again put an amazing stalk on them and got busted again!! Julie was watching this one from the truck and said that I was within 20 Yds of a nice doe but she must have been over the edge of the hill to where I couldn't see her. Long Story short, I got wet, tired, and hurt my knee so I went back to the truck to find Brenna sleeping and Julie and I started cruising the roads again to find more game. We Rounded a corner and I saw something black and furry digging in the ground, I thought it was a Porcupine at first but after I looked at it with my binos I discovered that it was a small Black Bear!! Out on the plains...that was really weird. but also very cool. Had I had a bear tag I could have easily shot him or her, it was very pre-occupied and I was in a good position to take it. I didnt have a tag however and we just enjoyed watching it until it lumbered off.

good friends, good food, good fun!
Today started out a super lazy day, when we finally got going we decided to go scope out some hunting spots, we saw quite a few animals moving. We are still not sure what the plan is for Saturday (opening bow season). When we got home we had some of our very favorite people over for dinner. We love papa johns pizza, and we REALLY love the Lindskoogs. It is so nice to have friends that you dont have to clean for or cook for or entertain. We had a great time, and they have a beeeeautiful little boy Rhett, he is 11 weeks. ohmygosh! He is adorable! I would move up to Ft. Benton just to do daycare for him. They gave Brenna a Dora lounging chair, its really cute! I even got an early birthday present, a whole fancy pedicure kit, with finger nail polilsh and pickles, a pregnant girls best friend. Its friends like this that make it hard to leave Great Falls. I suppose thats when you know you'll be good friends beyond this. Its exciting to think about moving but really terrifying to think I only have 2 1/2 weeks. YIKES! I better get going on packing!

Were Homeless!!
Today was a full day. First we picked up my truck from the mechanics, then we went to subway for lunch and after that Julie and Brenna went to work at the daycare. Part way through the day I got a call from our real estate agent and he said that we had another offer on our house and that it was for more money. Long story short, we signed the papers after church tonight. We close on the 22nd of this month. So...now we just have to move all of our junk out of this house, transport it to Lolo to Barry's house and clean this one up a bit and we'll be good to go. Brenna is telling everyone that today is her birthday. She's really proud to be two years old, and she loves to tell everyone about her toys and presents. Shanlee Chaffin got her a toy "Dora" cell phone and she carries it around like its her actual cell phone. So today when I woke up I told her that Dora was calling and wanted to wish her a happy Birthday, She answered it and started talking to Dora, thanking her for her birthday wishes! It was pretty cute.

We got an offer...
So last night we had an exciting night, as we were all going to bed, Brenna became really fussy, and did not want to sleep in her room, everyone being super tired, we decided to compromise and let Brenna sleep in our room in her own elmo bed. About 5 minutes into sleeping Brenna got sick and threw up all over herself, I have a pretty weak stomache and so I started throwing up, we were sharing the toilet and Brenna kept rubbing my back saying its ok mommy. She threw up in our bed, Levi kicked us sickys out because he had to work early and I didnt. We moved into the livingroom and I was thrown up all over and so was the livingroom. It was a late miserable night. So brenna and I were able to sleep in, when we finally woke up, the house smelled terrible and there were gross towels everywhere, and of course some one calls and want to see the house...UGH! So we made a mad scramble to get the house cleaned up and it was pretty incredible what you can do when you put your mind to it. So..... we got out of the house ran some errands, took the truck into the shop. Then Levi dropped me off at work, only to listen to the most unhappy baby cry for 5 hours, it is maddening, that cry makes me INSANE. In the middle of it our realestate agent called and said we had an offer on the house, we are so thankful, we counter offered and hopefully tomorrow I will write all about us moving. Until the offer is agreed upon its pretty stressful. Please pray about it. So now its time to put Brenna to bed. Oh I forgot Levi had a Dr's appt today and he was issued a cane, he looks like an old man its pretty cute!

Labor Day
Today, at 1pm we had someone look at our house. Its nice having all the interest but its also so frustrating not know what they are thinking, it has been shown about 15 times in the last 3 weeks. We are anxious to get it sold. This morning we decided to wake up late get out of the house right before the lookers came, and head off to do some scoping of the hunting spots. We headed out of town and of course its rainy and the back roads are slick as snot, and we didnt see any animals. Brenna got a nice nap. So we headed home and played backgammon, and then when Brenna woke up we played a little Dora memory game, we have THE smartest kid ever! It was really exciting seeing her figure it out. Brenna will be turning 2 on wednesday, I cant believe it, time is really flying by! I was able to talk to dad on skype yesterday morning, that was really nice, we are so proud of Jamie and Dad! We took some time to look up jobs and education in Missoula. I think we have about decided that Levi will stay with the Castles once the house sells. Brenna and I will go to Missoula and wait for him to get out of the military. Its stressful not knowing whats going to happen but there really is so much peace in knowing what a gracious God we have and how he always provides. We are really missing our Texas family, wishing for a visit from some or all of them. Anyways, so this is our first blog we are really going to try to stay on top of keeping this updated, we have so much fun and really want to include all of you in on it.
